This review is from somebody who was very very new to aesthetics. But I have just retired and thought I'd give it a go.I was rather nervous and not too sure what to expect. But as soon as I walked into Prive's calm and relaxing reception, greeted by the lovely Matt with coffee and chocolates, I instantly felt at ease.Nothing is rushed, so my consultation with the beautiful Dr Shah was lengthy and in-depth. She was interested in what 'I' wanted to achieve and did not rush me into any decisions. Dr Shah has extensive knowledge and experience relating to aesthetics and dermatology. She gave honest feedback and advice. I received Botox (completely pain free) and hydro fillers in my lips and around my mouth (not too much, just the right amount - no duck pout!). It's the first time I've seen my top lip for many years! I've even bought a new lip-liner!I returned two weeks later so Dr Shah could assess the outcome of the treatments I had received. She was pleased, as was I, with the end results. I then decided to go for Profhilo (a collagen stimulating treatment). Can't lie, this one is a bit stingy but well worth it and Dr Shah is very gentle.Due to the number of friends and family commenting on the difference and how well I look, I've decided to keep these treatments up. I still look like me, just a lot fresher, more youthful and less tired. I feel more confident. Happy for Prive to use my before and after pictures if interested.A big thanks also goes to Rob. He's a great man and is very passionate about the customer service delivered, the reputation of the clinic and ensuring every patient leaves feeling better about themselves and happy with the results.

Beautiful salon, with a spa like feel, immaculately clean and luxurious. Jac was so lovely from start to finish, my first visit but certainly not my last. The most wonderful hydrating facial, beautiful hand and foot massage to help with fluid retention. A really enjoyable and relaxing experience, Thanks Jac

Prive’ clinic is so very welcoming, spotlessly clean and very classy, from the moment you walk through the door you know you are just going to indulge in the fantastic services on offer. Staff and doctors are so very thorough and knowledgeable , quality over quantity, will I be returning 100% . Can’t wait to be pampered again

By far the best place you can go for a facial! Went to see the amazing Jacqui today for a relaxing hydration facial and can’t recommend enough. Matthew made me a delicious complimentary hot chocolate with a side of little choccys before I had my facial. Jacqui always makes you feel so relaxed and makes sure you're comfortable throughout the whole process. Always telling you what she’s doing next and what it will feel like. The atmosphere is so calming which is so needed when life can be so busy. The perfect escape with the best people. Will never go anywhere else. Thank you Jacqui and Matthew for always making my visit the best it could be x

What a lovely hidden gem! My partner and I booked a couples massage and we were greeted with a glass of champagne on arrival and exclusive use of the premisis. Matthew and Jacqui were so lovely and incredibly attentive; they ensured that we had the most special and comfortable experience. The premises is spotless and the massages were exceptional. We are hoping to return as soon as we can!

I attended Privé for an aromatherapy massage on Monday. I was greeted by Jacqui and her receptionist who were very friendly, fetching me tea and chocolates. That's always a good touch, I love chocolate! It was a lovely calm setting with beautiful artwork done by Jacqui herself. The massage was very soothing and relaxing I went away feeling like I was on cloud 9.This is a fantastic new business in Plymouth, right in the centre with easy parking at Drake's circus, or near the bus stop. Do pay them a visit - you won't regret it.
